    I'm going ;nuts trying to get through the Noon Freight activity in "Train Simulator." I'm considering splitting the train on a siding near Summit and taking it to Essex in two cuts. Before I do, however, I thought I'd see if anyone has managed to make Esssex without splitting the train or using the emergency brake.

    I have had some problems with that activity.
    I keep braking the coupler somwhere in the middle of train on East Java junction. I keep exceeding the durability limits (more than 20 times). But it is possible to go down the pass without the emeregency brake application. I keep my loco brake at 100%, dynamic at 6 to 8 and i change train brake with my mouse. The steepest spots are about 1.5 miles before blacktail and 3 miles before Java. I also make a full stop at blacktail to catch my train.
    And i dont think TS would allow you to separate your consist in the activity.
