Virtual Railways

I have been enjoying Train Sim for all of one week and love it.
I see a few Virtual Railways on the web and would like to join one but they seem to be for more experience folks than myself. Do any of them not require the use of their rolling stock and consist? I have not had much sucess at adding new consist and activities yet to my MS Train Sim program due to not being to good at complicated computering.
I would appreciate anyone's imput on Virtual Railways.

If you need help adding consists/rolling stock/activities, etc. E-mail me and I will explain how to do it.

You can e-mail whichever VRR you want to join and ask them if you need to use their stock.
