train sim problem

why does my train sim game crash everytime i try to add activities or new routies ?i follow the read me doc to the t and cant seam to figure this one out any suggestions?

Only thing I can think of is when you install a new route if ya run the installme.bat file....Other then that ya might wanna ask at www.train-sim.com
