Recently, every time I go to a external view, I cant here my horn or engine sounds... Has anybody else experienced this or know how to fix it? Thanks.

Without a doubt the sound isn't as loud as it is in the cab.
I recommend looking in your Sound Options and see if you can find your problem there.
If its a add-on there is no telling what your problem is...
