It should, authough I never use MAC, I know many people do. If you can get Microsoft Office for MAC you should be able to get Train Sim for MAC

I think it would be a good thing if they were ported over to the Mac. There are certainly people who only own Macs that would love the oppurtunity use a train simulator.
Although I don't own a Mac they are good machines. I am especially impresssed with OS X.
