a new train simulation is coming out for ps3 "Railfan" and the graphics are just out of this world! take a look:

yes, these are real computer generated graphics!

unfortunately, as one of about a jillion japanese train sims, it has about zero chance it'll get to the US. Im still gonna get it.

The article that goes with it says that it is actual video that has been recorded on a blue ray type camera and is embedded into the game, so basically, it is a user controlled video of the real thing! I live in Chicago and take the Brown line to school and work every day, and I gotta say, that game looks 100% like the real thing (probably because as the article said, it IS the real thing!)

I just wish that it would be more than just 1 American city (even though that one happens to be my home city...).... can't say I would be too excited to control a bunch of trains I have never seen between cities I have never heard of....
