KLW TrainSim has an excellent NS Mega-pack available for free. You get 3 SD40-2's, 2 high-hoods and 1 low hood. 3 GP40-2's, 2 high and 1 low. 2 slug units, and a bunch of freight cars. The 5 chime horn on unit 3278 will make you stand up and scream! They also feature authentic cab views with actual radio chatter. They are currently working on an activity pack based in North Carolina, which will hopefully be available soon. Have fun, NS fans!

I clicked on it and it automatically downloaded. Then I unzipped it and clicked on install. The set up wizard came up and I just followed the directions and it was there. You may need to clean out your temporary internet files and defragment your C drive. If this doesn't work, send KLW an e-mail and see if they can help you.

I just wi***here website was not so annoying in the transitions. Just change pages. I don't need the "whiz bang" slow fades. Gets on your nerves after the first visit.
I got it last week and it is really nice. No problems opening it. Lots of stuff in that pack (locos, cars and consists).

This is a nice download with lots of radio chatter (Dekosoft has this too and it really brightens up the sim).
One thing about the installation which can be confusing. It is installed from a webpage window after the initial install and unzip. This is different than most other installs of freeware or payware.

If you really want to have fun, go into the activity editor on your MSTS and create your own consist. Alabama Railfan has some more free downloads you may like.

Not available anymore. Some sort of temper tantrum with the developer and some of the other reskinners. Maple Leaf Tracks offers an excellent pack which you can substitute for the KLW trains.

The KLW pack is not available anymore. You can buy the Maple Leaf Track locos at their website. There are also a ton of NS items on Train-Sim.
