Hey gang,
Just got that new Dash-9 download, AWSOME! The old Dash-9 was all blocky and not made right. The thing they did not change that they should have was the bell always coming on when you sound the horn, it drive's me nut's!!!

The DASH9 download does make the DASH9 look very realistic.

I got the -9 2. It is very cool. Only they should have put in a new cabveiw and horn. The bell drives me nuts to!

Why? This was a freebie.
If you don't like it, swap the sounds and cabview to either the -9 from 3dts Cajon or TP2 engines.
To kill the bell, open the eng file in Wordpad and search for bell. Change the 1 to a 0 and the bell will only ring when you hit the B key.

It might drive you nuts, but it's realistic; the bell DOES always come on when the horn is blown on the DASH9's (on the BNSF DASH9's that is). This prevents the engineer from "forgetting" to sound the bell, as BNSF rules require that the bell be turned on AND the horn be blown for grade crossings, not just that the horn be blown.
