Maple Leaf Tracks add ons

  • Ehh, is Kicking Horse Pass V2.0 Better than Rogers pass? I have Rogers pass. Great in detail but the track layout doesent look as fun as KHP2. But KHP2 doesent look like it has as good graphics.
  • KHP2 is much older, but there are a number of scenery upgrades available for it (and some of the other routes) for free on train-sim.  The tree replacements really help it out.  Brought it up to more modern standards.  There are some problems with a couple of the activities included (I consistently get stuck waiting for a train to clear a signal so I can go back down the main after switching on one.  The train refuses to proceed on green.  I have tried a couple of things and it just will not go), but there are plenty of activities out there for it.

  • MLT stuff is not to bad....They focus on a lot of mountain routes and less city action...The LS&I and Sandpatch are my favorite ones :).....Why...LS&I is by me and Sandpatch is fun to run on in the fall with the Chessie and CSX units :)....The fall colors and the dark sky make a perfect backdrop :)

  • Niagara Corridor features my hometown so it's all good as far as I'm concerned!
