Why hasn't there been any EMD SW series (ie: SW7) add-on for MSTS with custom cabviews and sounds?

Why hasn't there been any EMD SW series (ie: SW7) add-on for MSTS with custom cabviews and sounds? I really would like one, and I am curios about what an SW cab looks like.
