How do you make a poll?

Welcome to the forums. [#welcome]
For some reason polls are only in selected areas. Just click on "Post New Poll," Write your question, fill in the blanks (15 max), and write some more additional comments or the same question in the space at the bottom of your list. Then click add new topic or poll whatever it is. Oh, and don't forget to give your poll or topic a title.
