IC Main line closed in Arcola IL due to hostage situation

IC mainline in Arcola  ( 45 miles south of Champaign) has been closed due  to a hostage situation at First Mid Bank in Arcola  ( Douglas County IL)   The tracks have been closed for about 6 hours.

Here's the news story from up that way, not much detail though. I do know the bank sets across the street from the IC tracks, which is why they were closed.
