Does anyone know anything about Jersey Arrow 4's when they are comming out? I personally think that Jersey Arrow 3' s are going to last at least 10-20 more years before they are gone.

I have not heard of such an order. SEPTA is getting Silverliner Vs from Rotem in a couple years. Could that be what you're thinking of?
