P&W autorack trains--im confused

ok so the providence & worcester just started running autorack trains from somewhere to somewhere. i guess that theyre headed to canada? ive heard a lot about this and need someone to simplify it for me.
and is it true that the P&W is offering to buy the New England Cnetral form new london CT to palmer mass?

As P&W and Rail America have signed a confidentiality agreement, we'll just have to wait and see.
