BEWARE! CSX ARE SENDING APPLICANTS TO ATLANTA, GA TO SCHOOL TO BE
CONDUCTORS!!! THE SCHOOL COST'S ARE ABOUT $5,000 OUT OF POCKET FOR THE SCHOOL ALONE; NOT INCLUDING YOUR EXPENSES!!! NOW, MOST THAT WENT TO SCHOOL THIS YEAR ARE LAYED OFF!!!!!!! THEY PROBABLY GAVE UP A JOB TO DO THIS AND NOW HAVE A DEBT TO REPAY, ALSO. THERE OUGHT BE TO BE A LAW AGAINST THIS PRACTICE???? SO, BEWARE!!! IS THERE A GOOD LAWYER OUT THERE SOMEWHERE???

The railroads are doing this now a day so people get training from outside agencies so the railroad has so spend less money on training and employees can get qualified and be working by themselves a lot quicker.
And as far as the layoffs .... it doesnt matter if they went to school or did everything in CSX classrooms ... layoffs are part of the job.
