Hello

  • Hello everyone. I've been a member here for a while but haven't posted before. I just thought i'd intorduce myself and give some background. I'm from Massachusetts and like all types of railroading but especially New England railroads. SP 4449 is my favorite locomotive and I wish it could've come through on the Freedom Train. I look foward to meeting you all.

  • Hello, too.

I haven't been a member as long as you but In've thrown more than my share of posts into the ring. Of the few lists & BB's I keep up with, this is by far the best. Good people, interesting topics.

  • Welcome to the forum SP-4449,
Don't be afraid to post, we don't bite (just bark a lot)[(-D]
I am an SP fan and have seen 4449 many times, and sometimes drove 100s of miles to do so.

Here's a shot of her just north of Klamath Falls, Or. headded home after the NHRS convention in San Jose.
