I know of Helms leasing, however; I saw today on the CSX line in Syracuse to new road names on engines. They were 'LMS" and "CEFX". Both units were painted fairly resently. Today, I hardly saw only two CSX units.

There is no question in your post so it is a little hard to help. If you are asking about LMX and CEFX. LMX is the leasing arm of GE. Their engines are generally gray with red and white graphics. CEFX is the leasing arm of Citigroup FInancial which is also very big in consumer credit lending.
