Kalmbach/customer service

  • I would just like to thank Mari in customer service for taking care of my login issue. You were very prompt.

There is one question tho. How do I change my user name or can I change my user name an still retain my "brownie Points"?
    Thanks again Tim

    Hello Tim,

This afternoon we added a way for members to delete their own accounts. So this is now an option. However, to avoid having to go through the registration process again -- especially for people who have posts in the forums -- if you contact customerservice@kalmbach.com or any of the administrators (like myself) and let us know what you want the username changed to, we'll do our best to accomodate. Before doing this, please do a search on the members page [ http://www.trains.com/community/forum/members.asp ] to see if it's available. Also, please provide a couple of choices listed in the order of preference in case your first choice is taken between the time you contact us and we are able to handle your request.

If you do send us a request to change your username, please be patient as we have been busy helping people login, reset passwords and other related issues.

    Thanks,
    David Voss
