Swithcing operations in Milwaukee

Does anyone have a thought on the current switching operations in Milwaukee. The last few months, each time I visit the Muskego yards, it seems like less switching going on & more track disappearing.
Butler yards definitely down too. I realize that almost all the mfg in the milwaukee area is gone. Even the car frame plant is done.
Does this signal the end of yard operations in the Milwaukee area?

Larry,
Unfortunately I can't help you with your question, however, I do have a suggestion. I know there are a few guys from Milwaukee over on the TRAINS magazine forum, the forum with red boarders, and I'm guessing that if you posted this same question over there it would get some answers. I'm curious to know the answer myself.
Hopefully this helped,
