The Portola Railroad Museum is proud to announce the beginning of a new Railroad Related Discussion Board, This is a pre-curser to the opening of the new Portola Webcam that will be aimed at the Union Pacific tracks outside of the Portola Railroad Museum Fence.

"East End Shanty"
No rules discussion board reminiscent of the olden days of sitting in a WP Switchman's shanty. NOT for the "Politically Correct" crowd!

You will have to like any other board, register for an ID to use, We simply ask that basic rules of netiquette apply to all boards except the East End Shanty, the only rule there is don't pick a fight you can't back up : )

In about a week, the webcam will be up and operating.

This Board is totally free as is access to the Webcam, We will have a Paypal donation button (and a mailing address for those without Paypal access) though for VOLUNTARY Donations. They are not solicited nor expected for board membership or board participation
