Around the World in 80 Days on Rio Grande NG/Durango & Silverton

Where on the Rio Grande Narrow Gauge/Durango & Silverton routes were the train ride scenes on "Around the World in 80 Days" filmed in 1956?
I recognized that it was going northbound over the "High Line" after the beginning of the scenes. I understand it used D&RG 2-8-0 #315 and dressed it up as Central Pacific's "Jupiter" #60.
Which bridge was the "rickety" one that collapsed? Where was the Indian fight? Which depot was used as Fort Kearney? At which location did the train stall where the prairie sail car passed it?
