I signed up for the free 30-day membership offer. I can log in and log out, and view the resources online, but I cannot manage my account using the button at the top of the page. I'm asked to enter 2 of 4 items, so I enter my email and zip code, and I get an error stating my account isn't recognized. So I enter my email and name and address... Same thing. How do I cancel my 30 day trial before I get charged? I have received no response from customer service.
