[?] Help! Can anyone tell/send me pictures of PSL's EMC Gas Electric DoodleBugs that were used on the Monmouth Junction-Sea Girt (NJ) Lines from the thirties thru the early fifties? I'm trying to model the Central of New Jersey's Freehold Branch and want to model these units for the area around the interchange, but I need to know about the paint scheme. Thank You!

Not to be picky but it is the Pennsylvania Reading seashore lines. The y wold have used either PRR or Reading doodlebugs and the PRR weren't EMC they were Brill. Many of us PRR modelers rue the fact one isn't available. There is one in private ownership that was at the Black RIver and Western for years and is now at the Wilmington Northern. Any book on the PRSL or PRR has pictures. Basically a black underframe and running gear and Tuscan Red body. They didn't get the belt rail gold stripe. Only Pennsylvania on the side over the windows.
