Throttle Communication Dropout

  • I’m about a year into modeling with JMRI DCC++ set up using Arduino Mega 2560 with Arduino motor shield. System has been working fine running single locos. Now, I am starting to run multiple locomotives simultaneously and the throttle communication begins to lag when I try to send for example a bell command. Soon after, I loose control of both locos and power button will go yellow if I try to turn off track power. Both Arduino and laptop USB baud set to 115200. This issue occurs when I use either laptop USB connection or WIFI connected tablet. Again, running a single locomotive and operating turnouts has been working fine. Thank you in advance to any help you may provide! Ron

  • I believe I resolved my problem.    I had inadvertently changed CV 29 somehow to a value of 50.   Changed value back to 38.   System seems to be working fine.
