I've been collecting the Hallmark Lionel ornaments. When the N&W Loco and tender came out, I bought an extra tender to go with the Hudson from the first year and I want to repaint it as NYC using N scale decals. (Just happen to have a few dozen sheets of these since I model NYC transition era in N scale [:D] )

The problem is I can't figure out how to get the thing apart without breaking it! If anyone can shed any light on how to disassemble this tender, I'd appreciate it.
