BNSF Logo licensing

There is a thread in the Microsoft Train Simulator section on the TrainSim.com discussing this subject. Particularly BNSF's prohibition of distributing products containing the BNSF logo and/or logos of BNSF predecessor railroads. The thread is at http://www.trainsim.com/vbts/showthread.php?322993-Signature-of-petition-to-resolve-BNSF-branding-banning-to-DTG-Railworks-TS2015 I direct your attention to post #19 http://www.trainsim.com/vbts/showthread.php?322993-Signature-of-petition-to-resolve-BNSF-branding-banning-to-DTG-Railworks-TS2015&p=1879459#post1879459 where Train_Simulation vendor, Tiger Trains, quotes a reply from BNSF about licensing of the use of BNSF Logos on software products that simulate BNSF and BNSF legacy RRs rolling stock. He also quotes his reply with follow-up questions to BNSF. In it he mentions distribution and sale of books outside the USA which include BNSF logos. My question to Kalmbach is will this affect the distribution of its publications outside the USA?
