Particularly BNSF's prohibition of distributing products containing the BNSF logo and/or logos of BNSF predecessor railroads. He also quotes his reply with follow-up questions to BNSF. In it he mentions distribution and sale of books outside the USA which include BNSF logos. My question to Kalmbach is will this affect the distribution of its publications outside the USA?
