Rail Fanning in Southern Florida

Hi there! I will be in Florida between 15 and 22 May 2015. I just wondered if anyone has some useful hints for me: 1) I will most likely spend a full Saturday at Orlando. Are there any spots (yards) where I might see some locos or even some freight action? 2) I will the be travelling down south the following Sunday. Are there any scheduled F.E.C. freights on Sundays? Does anyone have a schedule? 3) Are there any bigger yards or facilities between Orlando and Miami, where the Action ist worth watching? 4) Any tips for the greater Miami Area? Big yards, freight and passenger action? 5) Anything else someone could recommend? Museums or hobby shops? I have never been to the area before, so I would appreciate your help! Thanks a lot! Markus
