I am most anxious to obtain information on a Roundtable and Roundhouse located in South Acton MA.When I was young(1930s) it was a nightly ritual to go to mSouth Acton MA and watch the engines put in the roundhouse

Minor matter of semantics: A roundtable was where King Arthur and his knights gathered - round so that no one was greater than any other. More recently, the North Vietnamese insisted that the table at which the end of hostilities was negotiated had to be round. A rotating device used for turning things moved onto it is called a turntable. This is equally valid for 45rpm records and locomotives. Chuck (sometimes author)
