As of last week, CP has agreed to sell 254 miles of D&H track in New York. They have already sold the old DM&E line and continue to improve in revanue and cost ratio. Does anyone know of whats going on with the proposed plan of a new rail tunnel in Windsor/Detroit by them? Pehaps this is the big picture now and they run trains strickly from the Port of Montreal through new tunnel to the midwest then back out west?
