Hi All
I would like to know if anyone can please tell me [ also with approximation] when the UP RSC-2 locomotives [1280-1289 renumbered in 1955] lost the side slogan SERVES ALL WEST for the one adopted by UP in 1959 that says DEPENDABLE TRANSPORTATION ?
