I've read here that Wal Mart's brand dries without the surface ever staying or becoming tacky. Is this still true and are there other brands that do? I've seen several older layouts where the surface remained tacky and is a dust magnet or show indentation if something is left accidentally on the water's surface overnight. I'm building a river/port area.
