Taking a WAG, since I'm not sure, but the 'transformer' looks more like a high-level sand dispenser, probably abandoned in place (No delivery spouts or hoses.) Note the total absence of any wires connected to it.

I would, also be curious,about what it is, sitting on,,, perhaps, that would give a clue as to what it is!!
The upside down cocktail glass,,, I believe,is omni-directional antenna.

Top pic possibly a sand tower. Could you show the whole frame? The rest of the structure would tend to confirm.
The bottom pic a radio aerial. Pretty obvious from the top wheel shape. The Russians may have had to adapt the aerial to conditions. Different frequencies, and may need better reception and radiation pattern for routes in the far east where infrastructure is sparse.
