As I go through internet search results, I find that there are many posts on a variety of internet forums about the Utah State Railroad Museum (Ogden Union Station) and its equipment collection. This seems odd to me because I have been personally involved in spreading the word about our activities there, between restoration work (yes it does happen), new exhibits, etc.
For those of you out there who are interested, and would like to keep up to date with the happenings at the museum (known as home to UP 833, UP 6816, UP 26 turbine, D&RGW 5371 Tunnel Motor, D&RGW 223 C-16, among others), I recommend you visit these sites:
-Blog: http://goldenspikerlhs.blogspot.com/ (lots of pictures!)
-D&RGW 223 website: http://www.trainweb.org/GoldenSpikeLRHS/
-Youtube channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/GoldenSpikeRLHS?feature=CAQQwRs%3D
You will notice that all three are provided by the Golden Spike Chapter, R&LHS, which works closely with the museum in maintenance, repairs, restoration, and activities awareness.
You can also visit the official site here: www.theunionstation.org , although there is a bit less train stuff than what you might expect.
Anyway, I hope these sites clarify some questions. If anybody has anything to add, say, or ask, please do so. We would like to hear your thoughts.

Josh B.
