My name is Tom. I am a RE Broker in NYC. A client of mine and I bought a 2-acre industrial site from the MTA RR, which has a few spurs on it. We are looking to export C+D, tires, and recycling. My client has been in carting for years, but only shipping via trucks. I would appreciate it if anyone can help me, how do we setup our business. We figured we need to strike a deal with the RR. And also need someone on the receiving end. Any input would be highly appreciated, Thanks.
