What happened to the newsletters?

  • Can someone at Kalmbach tell me what happened to the e-mail newsletters? They stopped completely in July, and I've not seen one since. I tried signing up again a couple of times, but -- nothing.

Is anyone else having this problem, or have I been blacklisted somehow? I always enjoyed getting those.

Thanks in advance for your help

I have. I keep fairly close tabs on my e-mail. I've reviewed the spam filters both on the e0mial account as set by my ISP and in my e-mail client program (Thunderbird.) There is no evidence of any e-mails from Trains.com.

  •  I tried signing up again today, only I used a differen e-mail address. It still dosn't work. So what's going on?

    I didn't even get the confirmation e-mail.

  •  I've continued receiving mine regularly...might  want to call and talk to a real live person. ? Sometimes an email accidently moved to a spam folder or junk folder will cause ISP to block future emails from that source. That happened to me with another company's email newsletter about a year ago.
