Not to my knowledge With being limited to Sherman Hill in Wyoning and the Watsach range in utah there was no need for them The tenders from the FEFS and Challengers were used by the Turbines Big Blows for years to increaser their range Hope this helps Lafrry

I've never seen one but never say never. I think a major reason may be that the railroad followed the Platte river across Nebraska and finding water wasn't a problem.

No, I can say never. The aux. tenders were made for the turbines from retired FEF tenders. There was no need for aux tenders "back in the day" because back then they had the services needed for steam. They use them today, because when was the last time you have seen a working water column?
