when i want to get to the rochelle web site, i get a red x in the upper left of the screen. what does this mean? what does it mean? and what do i do to make it go away?

it means either your internet explorer is having problems or you need to update your java settings, the website is www.java.com download the FREE javs program and install it and everything should work
