Well, the obvious first answer is the Trains webcam at Rochelle (linked at the very top of this page), after that, try
http://www.trainweb.com/cgi-bin/top/tw_do.cgi?webcams.html

or, do a search on "rail cams" or variations thereof. there are many cams that feature or include trains. Some are more interesting than others, but that can be a relative thing.
