Try a local hobby shop. As a newbie you would probably do well to start with something new and could use the free advice they will give you. If you really want to go the used market try E bay. There is more there for sale then you could buy in a lifetime.

Thanks for the advice, but we live in waco tx, and around here there are no hobby shops that carry what i need. Where could i find the digitrax superchief dt400 cheap and dcc trains and stuff????
