Actually, you can get a diesel ES44AC horn at the main GE Transportation site, here

Through my MTS cell provider i got 2 cool railway ringtones, a branchline steam engine passing by, and a horn from what sounds like an MLW/ALCO RS-3
TMC (CNR Mixed train GMD1 1063 with combine coach)
(Remember always at Railway X-ing's, (Stop, Look and Listen!)
