I'd try looking on ebay under the Railroadiana, Trains category. There's lots of stuff like that listed there.

I would be careful buying stuff like this second hand. Sometimes these items can be stolen. Air horns seem to be a real "prize" for thieves. As they say, "Caveat Emptor", for us mentally challenged folks that means--buyer beware.
