The switch at the top center next to UP 1995, with the red cover, is the trigger for the EOT's Emergency Dump feature.
And the switches on the black panel, control the headlights, ditch lights, and probably the cab's environmental systems.

The dynamic brake throttle control is the top center lever.
The power throttle control is the one below it with the green marker.
The big red handle to the left top is the automatic brake,or train brake.
The brake handle below it is the independent brake handle,or the engine brake.
Your headlight switches,a/c controls, engine sand, horn button and radio are also on the stand.
All the engines gauges are on the one computer screen facing forward the cab.
The conductors side has a small desk, horn button, emergency handle and speedo.
This unit has one seat on the conductors side and a seat in the back middle of the cab.
All the breakers are in a compartment in the back of the cab as well as in a hatch behind the cab forward the engine room.
In the front by the window is the cab signal indication box and railview camera.
These units ride like Cadillac's !
