Ohay so trainboy is showing off his pics, so I will show off a couple. These are all taken with my older Nikon film camera.

Those who are WC fans should know where this place is. I won't say until someone tells me.

James, a tip! When shooting curve shots like that, try not to cut it off so close to the train.

Yup, it's Byron Hill alright. I was there last November coming back from a train show in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and we decided to stop by and see what's new and we saw this. So you have been there before I am guessing.

Actually, I've never even been to Wisconsin! But a good WC fan will know everything about places he's never been to, right? 

I'm hoping to at least pass through WI on my way east this year, and with a bit of luck, I might catch one of those psuedo-WC freights...but then again, is it worth the effort?

Ugh, I hate flame wars for the most part...especially when I accidentally start one.  PEOPLE! I was just reading an article in the latest issue of MR a few minutes ago, and it was saying how issues that would cause a mild disagreement ten years ago now cause a huge flame war on a forum...I almost feel like I had an article about me written in MR!
