Is anybody up? We are putting together the lionel powermax and the transformer only works when in top speed. When you turn it down the green light flashes, the book says it is over loaded, but if i unhook the wires from the transformer and plug the transformer up, the green light still flashes, help.

I would love to help but I regret to say that I don't have a clue about lionel stuff.
