Sure, I know that they used to run Alco's up until about 1 year ago. It is a neat railroad to check out. Most of the trains run of Iriquois Junction where the engine house is. They are probably pretty busy right now with the grain rush.

KB&S came into existence in 1976 to operate parts of the former Big Four mainline that were not included in Conrail. Some other branches have been added since then. As mentioned above, they ran a mixed fleet of Alco's until recently and now use GP38's.

The daily commute is part of everyday life but I get two rides a day out of it. Paul
