I always see pictures after a post some one put on like a train or locomotive. How do you do that? Please help me.

You can take any photo you want, there is no need to have a custom graphic. That area is called a signature, and can be attached to every post you made (including past ones). If you want to put a picture in your signature, you need to have it hosted somewhere on a website. When you have found the picture you want, you can right click on the photo. This will bring up a "menu" of sorts. Click on "properties." This will bring up a page that will tell you the URL of the photo. Copy the address (ctrl + C) of the photo, which can be found in the line that says "Address (URL)."
Once you have done this, you should go to your profile, which can be found in the line that says "Welcome back (your username here)" to the right of this, click the words "update profile." On the page that comes up, scroll down till you see the area titled "signature." Here you can paste the URL you copied before. Once the URL has been entered, you need to surround it with a forum code that will make your picture display instead of just a link. To do this, surround the URL with the code {img}{/img}(only do not use the brackets I have there, use these brackets: [] instead or it will not work properly). Now click "save changes" at the bottom of the page, and your signature should appear at the bottom of your posts.
You can also add other things to the signature, not just photos. You can add text as well, especially if you want to describe the picture. Also note the picture should be fairly small, as otherwise it will be cut off along the bottom by the forum when displayed in your signature.
