I don't no of any position (on the NS) other than in the medical dept.That would be like the doctor that reviews injury claims,to see if people need to be disqualifed for work ,drug screen results,physical results,etc.And the only other job would be the person who screens that Dr.'s calls to see if you should be referred to the company doc.And that's usually in the main headquarters bldg.Locally there is a list of r.r. approved physician's that the r.r.'s use to do most of the work (for work related issues).
But check with your local r.r.'s website and find out,you never know.
