older ho train question

i have a ho train set with all the pieces. fairly good condtion. it was a train set my grandfather gave me when i was a boy i'm now 24 i dont really know the age of it but could it be worth any money and could any one give me a idea of what it would be worth if i was able to get pictures of it put onto this web site? if there is any other question about it that maybe i could answr just let me know..iam not a collector i just kept it b/c my grandfather gave it to me..my mom seems the rember her haveing it under her x mas tree when she was a kid..so the age could be very old ....heres the best descrption i can give..it a small round track maybe a 3 ft circle the locmotive if red and theres like 3 other cars i think..one was a log look alike and the other was a coal bin and the third was the cabose...thanks alot..u can email me at poolplyrndrunk@comcast.net
