Do you take submissions of videos? Where do you send them?

All I know is that everytime I go to read the articles it asks me to sign in. Every time I sign in I click that little box that says "remember me" so I won't have to log in every time. It doesn't work. Dial-up internet is so slow, however, that I usually settle for reading the news wires. It takes long enough to load text, let alone a movie.
