Thank you, I like the existing four-mats. They allow me to select the things I am interested in. I think a combined version would be too unwieldy and take too much memory and time to download in entirety. Keep up the great work all you folks at Kalmbach! It's a tough job, but somebady has to do it.

Gee, after reading all of the praise for the news letters Ifeel like I am raining on the parade by saying that they seem to duplicate the daily content of of Trains.com. Since I read Trains.com every day it seems a little redundant to me and for me.
Since your re-do of this website it has become even better and a whole lot faster in every respect.

This site is the high point of every day whether at work or at home. Oh, at work I enjoy this site during lulls in the trouble calls and AFTER the work is done!

As I am in the railroading industry it's nice to get information about other Class 1's, but can the daily news be flipped, so when you read it it goes from Monday to Friday?
Other than that it's fine.

I especially enjoy reading about the prototype railroads - I wouldn't get anywhere near the info elswhere - newspapers fall pretty short in this area!
I remember meeting my father at the PRR station in Palmyra, NJ when I was just a young lad, and the tremendous rumble of the steam engines taking off and the fantastic power of those wheels, along with all the soot! I also remember the fast freights barreling through town during the day! It's quite an experience if you haven't been there - I only wi***hat I'd made a few photographs of the trains back then so that I could reminisce more accurately! I also enjoy the old photographs of the different railroads and engines from different time periods! We live in a town now where the BNSF Railroad is busy hauling freight from the local mines, and, if any w engines that I haven't seen before show up at the depot, and I'm aware of their presence, I'll make some photographs with my digital camera for reference later. I try to visit near the rr at least once a day just to check on the action going on at the depot. So far, I've seen UP, KCS, and Norfolk Southern engines here - the NS is a rare occasion! I've made pictures of all of these, to date!
I'm currently in a model railroad club in town. We meet twice a month and hold shows at the local mall three times a year, where we hold public displays of our modular layout. I haven't made any modules yet, but in tend to do so eventually. Right now, I'm working on a couple of buildings for my proposed module.

I hadn't updated my profile in a while and forgot that you offered newsletters. I feel that especially sine I bet my server would crash with one large newsletter, it is better to keep them seperate. And what is the deal with this whole signiture thing anyways?

I like the emails like they are, but have had trouble accessing them at times even though i type in the right name and password sometimes it takes 3 or 4 tries and at times when I'm busy I give up and delete them unread
